30-Minute Consultation

After purchasing a staff member of Nutrition Dynamic will contact you within 1 – 2 business days to acquire any additional information and to schedule your consultation.

Meet with one of our Registered Dietitians to go over your current case, including any lab work you have previously done.  All consultations will need to fill out new client paperwork which can be found here under the heading Intake Paperwork.

During the session we will go over health history, symptoms, concerns and your goals.  With this information we can make recommendations on what you can do to better facilitate reaching your end goals.

Should you decide to sign up as a client following this consult, we will waive the initial intake fee.
