It kept my items safe and that’s what matters
I'm really not pleased with either the cost of shipping or the delivery. Before my last shippment I got a notice on Friday that it would be here the following Tuesday. No problem. I would have been home on Tuesday. Then I see they tried to deliver it on Sat and again on Sunday when I was not expecting it and wasn't home to receive it. Then notices said it would be delivered on Monday when I again wasn't home. My husband made arrangements to work from home so someone would be here to 'sign' for it. The signing for it is quite rediculous here. We are a single family home on 5 acres. It is quite safe to leave deliveries on our front porch. UPS does it all the time without issue. I could maybe understand it if the delivery required it be brought immediately inside due to heat concerns, but that was not the case with the capsules being delivered. So, no. I'm not pleased.
Not happy with company
Unnecessary. Why should I pay extra for something that should be ensured for free. If it doesn't come to me or comes damaged, a good, reliable, and honorable company would replace for free anyway.
I do not know if this made much difference, because the order arrived in 5-7 days as expected. It seems wise to have this though, due to the value of goods involved.
