Thyroid: TSH, Free T4, Free T3, Reverse T3, TPO and TgAB

Hormones: LH, FSH, Total estrogen, Estradiol, AMH, Testosterone (free and total), DHEA-S, Prolactin, Progesterone, AMH

Metabolism: CBC, CMP, HbA1C, Insulin, hs-CRP, Lipid panel (Triglycerides, total cholesterol, LDL, HDL)

Nutritional: Vitamin D, Ferritin, Iron and TIBC, B12/MMA, Homocysteine
