About Us

Lifestyle • Education • Empowerment • Diet • Supplementation

These are the five pillars that make up Nutrition Dynamic.

We are an all-encompassing unit utilizing functional medicine practices to instill Nutrition and Lifestyle Change to help you reach your potential. Utilizing a team of highly skilled Health Coaches, Dieticians, Medical Doctors and Personal Trainers the possibilities are endless when it comes being able to support our clients on their journey to take control of their lives again.

We not only take your symptoms into account but we also take you as an individual into account. We want to know what your daily life is, who you have around, where you are and what you think about. All of this plays a factor into how you uniquely need to navigate your own health and fitness journey.

By taking all of these factors into account we can get to the true root cause of is affecting you. Only addressing the symptoms without addressing the root cause while may work for a period of time will eventually fail you. This is why we dig deep and address the true cause of what is holding you back from reaching your potential. Utilizing functional medicine modalities, we truly take you as an individual into account and address everything from A-Z.

When you work with us you are never alone, you will be with a Health Coach that will be able to help you navigate the waters on your journey and help you sort through the mounds of misinformation that you may come across as you dive into the world of health and fitness.

Lifestyle – Clearly something you have been doing has not been working for you which has led you to us. Our modern day world is unfortunately not conducive to living a life which values self-care. You need to learn the fundamental principles that will allow you to change your daily life to support your goals and reaching your potential. We recognize that this change is not an easy one as it often includes changing life long habits but with time, trust and the guidance we can provide it is all achievable.

Education – The idea that knowledge is power dates back all the way to 1597 and this ideal holds true to this day. While working with our time we will continually educate you throughout the process giving you the power to put the control of your own health and life back into your hands. When you have the knowledge to see the misinformation that has been fostered into society it becomes much easier to see the light on the other side and make the choices that are best for you.

Empowerment – The feeling of empowerment comes in many forms. You will not only feel empowered from the education you receive but also from setting and accomplishing goal after goal. You will find that this feeling of empowerment not only affects your health and fitness journey but also your everyday life. As you begin to see your body and mind go in the direction you have been aiming for possibly years the feeling of pride, confidence and success will deliver you the empowerment you didn’t even know was lacking.

Diet – We as a society have been misled on what a proper diet is and what the word diet alone is; A diet by definition is how you eat, it’s not any type of dogma, macro split, or way of cooking, it is simply how you choose to consume your nutrients. However, our perception of a proper diet to support our goals has been completely broken down and skewed to match a certain criteria or corporate gain that does not take you as an individual into consideration. With the guidance from our team to feel empowered to trust your education and change your Lifestyle to reach your potential you will naturally adopt a diet that is appropriate for you and you alone.

Supplementation – There are times that diet and lifestyle alone can’t quite complete the journey ahead of us, this is when we pull in additional aids in the form of natural supplementation that has been highly tested and regulated with a background that is self-proving. Everyone needs a little help every now and then which is when supplements come into play.

By utilizing the best in the game, we can ensure that what we are calling upon is actually what is going into the body unlike nearly every store-bought supplement.

Our entire team is here to support you through thick and thin. We all know personally what it is like to be in a position that is not what you desire for yourself and how hard the struggle can be to regain control. However, with the help of everyone connected to Nutrition Dynamic there is hope and a promise that you can Reach Your Potential Through Nutrition & Lifestyle Change.

She fell in love with the functional side of nutrition when conventional treatments lacked answers to her ongoing gut and hormonal imbalances. Her own road to recovery fueled her motivation to see others find healing and wellness too. She started out in the client’s shoes at Nutrition Dynamic and understands the ups and downs in the process that is healing. She finds joy in walking in two of her deepest passions – wellness and relationship as she comes along side each of her clients.

Ashlyn Showalter - Health Coach

Ashlyn started her journey in college as a student of Exercise and Health Science and through the knowledge she gained, transformed her health & her life. She is so passionate about health because she personally experienced how life-changing it was for her. After getting her NASM personal training certification, she started her own online business coaching women through their own body & health transformations.

After a year or so of coaching women through weight loss, she started to realize it's not just as simple as move more, eat less. She noticed patterns in some clients who had gut issues, fatigue, weight loss resistance, and other symptoms. She wanted to help with more than just weight loss, but as just a personal trainer, her scope was limited. She also began to experience gut issues, hormonal imbalance, acne, adrenal fatigue, among others.

After seeing multiple doctors, getting diagnosed with SIBO, seeing her hormones imbalanced, trying all kinds of protocols, and nothing working, she finally found Vince and Nutrition Dynamic. They made sense of everything that was going on in her body & helped her heal. She realized one of the biggest causes of her symptoms was putting stress on her body, over-training, and under-eating. She was doing everything "right" by the fitness industry standards, and yet her body was breaking down.⁣

After healing her body, she started to feel like what she was doing (fitness coaching) wasn't fully in alignment anymore which led her to joining Nutrition Dynamic's functional coach training program to dive deeper, become a better coach, and help other women heal their bodies.

Ashlyn lives in Venice Beach, California with her boyfriend and pup Luna. She loves all things wellness & the outdoors- meditation, yoga, acro-yoga, beach, hiking, slacklining, and weightlifting.

Having lost almost 100 pounds herself and kept it off for about 20 years, she became Certified in Nutrition and Wellness by AFPA in 2007 and has been practicing one-on-one nutrition counseling with focus on weight loss/management.  This achievement along with being a 9/11 survivor and having struggled much during that period in her life, Bianca has proven that she understands the challenges in life, how stress and anxiety negatively affects your health, and

roadblocks along the way to ones health and wellness journey. This led her to pursue and build her own Nutrition

and Wellness Coaching business, BUILT BY BIANCA LLC. Caroline O’Connor - Health Coach

Caroline is a Registered Dietitian and Personal Trainer actively blending her passion for nutrition with her love of bodybuilding.

Depressed, anxious and not comfortable in her own skin, she dove into the world of fitness head on, finding confidence and empowerment through weight lifting. However, Caroline quickly realized true achievement of a “healthy lifestyle” wasn’t found only in the gym.

In true Caroline fashion, she threw herself back into the world of nutrition, looking for answers beyond a pill to address her depression and anxiety. That was the start of Caroline’s belief that food is not only medicine, but also fuel. Fuel for an active, healthy lifestyle.

She finished up her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Dietetics from Miami University (OH), completed her dietetic internship with a sports nutrition concentration and then moved on to St. Petersburg, FL where she currently resides doing what she loves: health coaching.

Caroline helps her clients ditch the diets, become strong and confident, and develop habits to support a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. One of her favorite quotes is “You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to START to be great.” She motivates and supports her clients to just START, because she realizes how scary, yet rewarding, that first step can be.

In her free time you can find her cooking up a storm, working out, and adventuring with her dog, Jayda.

Jeremiah Eskew - Health Coach

Health, fitness, nutrition, alternative methods of health, and healing have all been ingrained in me from early childhood. Benefitting from growing up in a household of garden fresh, naturopathic methods, no wonder I have embodied the belief that “Food is Medicine”.

This belief hasn’t always held the highest position of focus in my daily habits, but through figuring out lifestyle habits that were life-taking as opposed to life-giving, I’ve come to appreciate my health. The habits and foods that make me feel the best, most energized, vibrant. This food and lifestyle rhythm can be different for each person. Its my passion to help guide and direct in finding that rhythm.

Educated in nutrition with science and application, based in a background of multiple college courses of anatomy and physiology, during my study as an athletic trainer. Always diving deeper into research, trials, further education is number one priority in being able to impact the most people possible.

Personal application has come in many forms. Running, crossfit, weightlifting, yoga, hot yoga, pilates, bodybuilding, obstacle course racing. No matter your size, shape, physical limitations, current nutritional IQ, I truly believe that anyone with time, commitment, and dedication, can achieve anything! I am on a mission to help as many people possible down the path towards their goals and dreams!
