Healing Chronic Migraines and Histamine Intolerance
Megan Anderson has quite the story.
In high school, a simple surgery led to a crazy series of events that would change Megan’s life forever.
She had a rare and severe histamine reaction to the procedure that left her with nonstop rashes and hives. What's worse is the nonstop panic attacks, insomnia, and depression.
She would have many panic attacks a day for a long time to come.
She was able to work through and overcome many obstacles to sign a contract to play for Pat Summit and the Tennessee Lady Volunteers. But a knee injury sent her into a spiral and many of her symptoms came back. Megan would never get to play college basketball.
To make things worse, when she turned 20 she began having terrible migraines that kept her down every month - and sometimes every week.
Once again, she overcame many obstacles to become a successful Pickle ball player.
However, pain, stiffness, fatigue, migraines, stomach pain, bloating, and weight lost resistance began to build and became to much to handle on her own.
We found she was having histamine response to some of her food and her liver and immune system were overactive. Using MRT testing we identified the foods, have flushed the body and she’s feeling way better. We still have a ways to go but Megan can see there is hope and is now migraine free for the first time in 14 years!
Functional nutrition can do wonders and we couldn’t be happier for the Megan. Her warrior spirit is an inspiration!
